General terms and conditions of sale and guarantees

Duration of the guarantee

Cleangroove v2.1" and "Cleangroove v2.1 limited" products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of initial purchase.

Scope of the guarantee

The guarantee covers the parts and labour required to repair or replace the products, in the event of a manufacturing or material defect, under normal conditions of use.

Normal use

Normal use of the "Cleangroove v2.1" and "Cleangroove v2.1 limited" products is defined as use in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual supplied with the products. Any misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification or any other use that does not comply with the instructions will invalidate the warranty.

Repair or replacement

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace the "Cleangroove v2.1" and "Cleangroove v2.1 limited" products, at its discretion, at no additional cost to the owner, including the cost of labour and parts.

Warranty exclusions

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, natural disaster, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, commercial use, use in an unsuitable environment, use of non-recommended products or any other similar incident or situation.

Warranty claims

To make a warranty claim, the owner of "Cleangroove v2.1" and "Cleangroove v2.1 Limited" products must contact the manufacturer's customer service department within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, may be required to validate the warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the manufacturer's liability to the owner of the "Cleangroove v2.1" and "Cleangroove v2.1 Limited" products is limited to the repair or replacement of the products in accordance with the terms of this warranty. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages.

Legal rights

The rights of the owner of "Cleangroove v2.1" and "Cleangroove v2.1 Limited" products under this warranty are in addition to any statutory rights which may vary by jurisdiction. This warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the owner.
